Q. Do I need a driving licence?

A. You need a full valid driving licence to take part in the “Drive a police car” and “Outrun the Interceptor” driving experiences. However you don’t need a driving licence to take part in the TPAC passenger experience.

 

Q. Can I use my own car?
A. No, it’s a condition of our public liability insurance that you use our cars.

Q. Where do you operate?

A. Stafford Driving Centre in Seighford, Staffordshire ST18 9PF. Elvington Airfield near York.

Q. Can I bring a passenger?

A. Passengers can sit in on the “Drive a police car” and “Outrun the Interceptors”. The cost is £10 per experience for adults or £5 for children under 17. This is payable at the event on the day.


Passengers are not available on the TPAC experience.

 

Q. Do you have any experiences for children?

A. Anybody over 7 can take part in the TPAC passenger experience. Children under 17 can also sit in as a passenger
– see the previous question.

 

Q. Are the cars manual or automatic?

A. The Audi A6 and BMW 330 police cars are automatic. The Volvo C30 and Focus ST bandit cars are manual. We can accomodate drivers who only drive automatics by using the Audi as the “bandit” car in the Outrun the Interceptors Experience.

 

Q. I’ve booked but haven’t received a confirmation email.

A. Please check your junk and spam folders. If you can’t find it please email info@policechaseuk.com and we will send it again.

 

Q. Will I receive a voucher through the post?

A.  e-vouchers are sent out by email. You won’t receive anything through the post unless you choose to pay for a physical voucher when you book.

The Gift voucher packages include a printed personalised voucher and a t-shirt which will be posted out.

Q. I can’t attend. Can I get a refund.
A. We don’t offer refunds unless you purchase the flexible cancellation policy when you book. You can change the date or driver name as long as you give us 7 days notice before the event.
